We use non-toxic, natural based products. We don't take requests for specific products.
We typically service within a 30 mile radius of River Falls, WI. If you are outside of that general radius, please feel free to reach out and we can discuss further.
We ask that personal items are picked up and tidy so our team can work efficiently and clean thoroughly.
No, as long as we have access to your home, you do not need to be present.
We will clean underneath if we can reach, but we are unable to move furniture within your home.
Yes! Our cleaners work very hard to ensure your home is spotless, and tips are always appreciated.
If you need to cancel your clean, please contact our business number 715-520-6424 directly. Please note that if you cancel your clean within 12 hours, you will be subject to a fee of $50.
We do not clean bodily fluids/human waste, animal waste, or insect infected areas.
Absolutely! We use pet-friendly solutions in all of our cleans. If you have pets that can't be out for any reason, please have them kenneled or in another room, and let our staff know so we can clean accordingly.
We ask that you set your thermostat between 65 and 74 degrees.
We accept ACH payments, cash, check or Venmo.
Our cleaners do not work weekends to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
To ensure that your quote accurately reflects the services, we require an initial in-home meeting. This way we can evaluate layout, square footage, and other factors that will influence your quote.
